NOTE- I do not, and will not have a blacklist of any kind for one reason and one reason alone: it is too complex to keep track of who has done what, my only business with you is to make you artwork.
HOWEVER- This does not mean I will not block you! I block within reason, and if I could have talked to you about it, I would have!
